In case you are not satisfied with our Services, you may contact us at any time during 30 days from the date on which you purchased the Plan, and ask us for a Refund of your purchase.

Please note that on a case by case basis and on the sole discretion of Quaticsoft, we may provide you a Partial Refund by deducting applicable Technician Service fee. Please ask our representative for the Technician Fees that may be applicable in view of Partial Refund since it may vary from Plan to Plan and for person to person, depending upon, but not limited to, the number of times your PC was services, the duration or time our technicians devoted to resolving your issues, the number of days left in your Plan’s ‘Refundable Period’, etc. You agree to pay our Technician Fees in case you seek a Refund and that our Technician Fees may be varied or changed by Quaticsoft in its sole discretion at any time and without notice.
However, after 30 days of purchase of Plan, no refund shall be made by Quaticsoft. Please note the period within which you can receive a refund for your purchase may vary from Plan to Plan so you agree to learn about and accept the same from our sales representative prior to purchasing a Service.
As stated above, notwithstanding this Quaticsoft may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. Refund amount shall be directly credited to the Credit Card. On the specific request of the subscriber Quaticsoft may process the refund in some other account subject to submission of such documents/information as may be asked by Quaticsoft for the said purpose.
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active.
The issue is in scope for the particular plan
10 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an Quaticsoft certified technician
Please note that no requests for Refund will be provided ‘Switching to some other/third-party web services provider’ is the reason you state to seek refund while your Term Plan with Quaticsoft is active and in effect.
